Standards: Production in accordance with IEC 60502-1 (low voltage), IEC 60840-2022 (high voltage), and EN 50618 (solar cables).

Certification: ISO 9001-2015 quality management system, CE and BASEC certifications.
Certificate 3.1: We provide a Certificate 3.1 for each delivery.

Types of materials and vein construction

Materials: High purity annealed copper (Cu) and aluminium (Al).

Construction: - Single-stranded round conductors (ok)
- Multi-stranded round conductors (mk)
- Multi-stranded sector-shaped conductors (mc)
Insulation and sheathing: PVC (V), XLPE (Pv), halogen-free materials (HF) and fire-resistant (FR).

Available Dimensions (Copper/Aluminium Cross-Sections)

Low Voltage Cables (up to 3 kV):

Single-core: 1.5 – 16 mm²
Multi-core round: up to 1000 mm²
Sector-shaped: 25 – 400 mm²

High Voltage Cables (up to 110 kV): Cross-sections up to 2000 mm².

Operational Parameters

Operating Temperature: from -50°C to +50°C.

Max. Conductor Temperature: +70°C (PVC insulation) / +90°C (XLPE insulation).
Armouring: Possible execution with steel tape or wire armour for protection against mechanical damage.
